the staff were wonderful, they were very helpful with directions. breakfast had a great selection of cereals and pastries. i really appreciated the ample parking available, it made arrival smooth. it was easy to come and go as i pleased.
the bathroom was a little small.

The staff greeted me warmly. Breakfast was plentiful. the bar area had a nice atmosphere, and the restaurant seemed quite popular! the room was clean, i noticed.
The traffic noise outside made sleep a little difficult. i found a few bugs in the room. It was slightly cold when i first arrived.

staff was pleasant and helped with my bags up to my room.
the tv remote in my room didn't work. i asked for help, but nobody came to fix it, and i didn't want to bother them again. also, the water pressure in the shower was really low.

I expected better for the price. The bathroom was tiny and the shower pressure were weak. the promised complimentary biscuits did not appear in the room at all. I had to call down to reception to get it sent up. It took them over an hour to arrive, which really is a joke.
